Swim Ontario Provincial meet info • Swim Ontario Competition Template 2015-2016 • Macro Cycle I • December 4-6, 2015 – Ontario Junior International (SC) – CHANGE TO CURRENT PACKAGE: ADDITION OF STROKE 50’S • December 10-13, 2015 – Ontario Winter Short Course Championships (SC) – CHANGES TO CURRENT PACKAGE: CHANGE OF DATE; ADDITION OF OPEN CATEGORY • January 15-17, 2016 – Eastern Cup (LCM) – Swim ON & FNQ - ALTERNATING YEARS IN GTA • Macro Cycle II • February 19-21, 2016 – Ontario Winter Short Course Festival (SC) – NO CHANGE TO CURRENT PACKAGE • March 3-6, 2016 – Ontario Spring Long Course Championships (LC) – ADDITIONAL LC COMPETITION; SAME PACKAGE AS CURRENT SUMMER LC PACKAGE • March 7-27, 2016 – Provincial Wide Recovery & Regeneration Period • Sanctions requested during this timeframe may only be granted for a Swim Ontario provincially designated competition that is preparatory to the senior national championships or trials • Macro Cycle III • April 29-May1, 2016 – Ontario Division Team Championships SC/LC – CHANGE TO CURRENT PACKAGE: SC prelims, LC finals; CHANGE OF DATE • June 18-20, 2016 – Ontario Summer Short Course Festival (SC) – NO CHANGE TO CURRENT PACKAGE • June 30-July3, 2016 – Ontario Summer Long Course Championships (LC) – NO CHANGE TO CURRENT PACKAGE
