During my time in high school, I joined the volleyball team, where I honed my leadership skills. I made it a priority to understand each team member's strengths and assigned them to positions that suited their abilities. By putting everyone in the right position during games and enabling them to excel, our team not only improved our performance but ultimately triumphed in the competition. This experience taught me the importance of effective leadership and teamwork in achieving shared goals.
