  2. 1.1 Company Profile Established in 1992, China Titans Energy Technology Group Co., Limited（listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 2188）is a high-tech enterprise, integrated with research, production and marketing. It is focused in power electronics, and on the basis of the demand of all kinds of customers from power generation, power transmission and power consumption, by applying the technology of power electronics and automation to provide solutions of power transformation, monitor, control, optimization as well as new energy utilization for the customers. TITANS’ customers cover the field of power, railways, telecommunications, petrochemical, metallurgy, aerospace, etc. The total asset of TITANS is reached RMB 1 billion. There are 510employees, of which 60% are technical and professional, among them, 7 with doctor degrees, 36 with master degrees.

  4. 2.1.1 Application Electric Power AC/DC Power Supply System 1、Electric Power—AC/DCPower Supply System Application: Apply to power plants and transmission substations as operation power supply for normal opening and closing, relay protection and signal sending for DC mechanism of HV circuit breakers and as the emergency DC power supply and UPS for emergency opening and closing, lighting, controlling and communication.   6. East Lanzhou 750 KV SubstationIs located in Yuzhong city, east Lanzhou, Gansu province,it was the first 750KV substation in transmission lines in China. Qinghai-Tibet Railway The highest altitude is above 5500m, totally 44 substations in the whole line.   8. 2.1.4 Application HVDC 2、HVDC—Power Supply System for Communication High Voltage DC power supply system (HVDC) applied in communication industry, is a new type UPS for IT equipment in IDC, currently two voltage levels are available, including DC 240V and DC 336V. Compared with AC UPS, its advantages, such as, safe, stable, efficient, reliable, energy - saving, and less investment, etc. have get the high recognition from the communication industry. It is becoming the development trend of power supply for this industry. Application: Large scale cloud computation data centers, IDC data centers, Data centers of Banks or Securities Institutions or E-Commerce enterprises or website enterprises, Engine rooms of mobile communication or Broadcasting network or Communication terminals, Communication base stations, etc.

  10. 2.2.1 Introduction EV Charging Systems & Solutions “Titans” started technical research, product development and practical application of EV power charging/swapping equipment since 2005 and has accomplished series of products with different application, such as AC/DC charging piles, independent charging system, integrated charging system, stand-alone high-power charging system, converter, energy storage system, micro-gird system, grid-connected inverter system, etc. Titans also undertook the research taskof“technologydevelopment for EV chargers –station type DC boost charger”for the national 863 plan.

  12. 2.2.3 Key Customers EV Charging Systems & Solutions By the end of January 2012, Titans group has been involved in hosting and building all key project or large project of EV charging stations in China, including the demonstration stations for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the demonstration stations for 2009 Shanghai World Expo, the demonstration stations for 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, and other more than 50 project in Shandong, Beijing, Ningxia, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guangxi, Hong Kong and some other provinces and cities. Titans EV charger is geographically covering from Northeast, Northwest, Central, East to south, Southwest, most part of China.
