  3. Employee Engagement • Engaged organisations have earnings-per-share growth of 28% compared to an 11.2% decline for those with low engagement (Source: Towers Watson) • Highly engaged workforces are 78% more productive that those with low engagement (Source: AON Hewitt)

  4. 21% of Australian employees are actively disengaged in their workplace, costing Australian businesses around $33.5 billion per year (Source: Gallup) • Only 47% of Australian and New Zealand employees believe that they have a manager who help them achieve their best (Source: AON Hewitt) • 43% of actively disengaged people admitted to treating their family and friends poorly for 3 or more consecutive days in the past 30 days (Source: Gallup)
