Time-Dependent Analysis of NF-κB Signaling Pathways in Response to Stimulation

This study investigates the time-dependent activation of key signaling proteins in the NF-κB pathway following stimulation. Data were collected at various time points (0, 0.5, 10, 30, 60, and 120 minutes) post-stimulation, assessing the changes in the levels of p-IKKα/β, p-ERK, p-p38, and p-JNK1/2. The results highlight differences in protein activation, illustrating the dynamic nature of the NF-κB signaling response. This research contributes to understanding cellular mechanisms involved in inflammation and immune responses.
