This report investigates internet addiction among undergraduate students at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). Given students' unrestricted access to the internet, we explore the impact of excessive usage on academic performance, sleep patterns, and interpersonal communication. Through a questionnaire survey of 60 students aged 21-24, we aim to identify the contributing factors, consequences of internet addiction, and propose actionable steps for overcoming this issue. The study highlights the urgency of addressing internet addiction to enhance students' well-being and academic success.
