  2. What is pollution • Nowadays human lives facing lots of problems in their life. One of the major problem is pollution. Pollution is nothing but the contamination of our air by harmful substances and wastages or the unwanted things which is added to the natural contents like air, water.

  3. Types of pollution • Air pollution. • Noise pollution. • Water pollution. • Land pollution.

  4. Air pollution Sources of Outside Pollution • Combustion of gasoline and other hydrocarbon fuels in cars, trucks and airplane. • Burning of fossils fuels. • Insecticides. • Herbicides. • Mining Operation.

  9. Doyouknow • On 24 march 1989, about 30 million gallons of crude oil was spilled into the sea near Alaska. It is known as the Exxon Valdez oil spill. • It was one of the world’s worst environmental disaster. • Thousands of sea creatures were killed. • The oil spread over hundreds of kilometers.
