  21. PROBLEM #7 • I need to modify an Excel spreadsheet, but I don’t want change the original information. Can I do this without having to recreate and reformat the sheet from scratch?   22. PROBLEM #7: SOLUTION You can make a copy of the entire original sheet within the same file and modify the copy. This will retain all of the formatting. Just change the information. When it prompts you to Save or Run from Current Location, click Run from Current Location. • Answer yes or no: Click on yes. Another window will appear. Click the yes button again. • A new window will open to tell you the Microsoft VM is now being installed on your computer. • After installation is complete, click on the OK button. PROBLEM #12: SOLUTION • When your system starts to boot up, on screen it should tell you how to get into the setup program (example: Hit F1 or Hit Del or Hit F10). • Once you get into the setup, the first screen should tell you the processor brand/speed/memory/etc. of your computer. PROBLEM #13: SOLUTION Usually you don’t need more memory(128MB is usually sufficient)Both messages are caused by: • too many programs being opened (even ones you don’t know about) • Programs that use memory but don’t give it back when they are done.
