  6. Complicanze perioperatorie accesso V.Succlavia: • Lesioni polmonari pleuriche 0,3-2,5% • Lesioni vascolari –puntura arteriosa 4-13% • Embolia gassosa ( mortalità=50%) • Lesioni cardiache • Aritmie cardiache • Lesioni linfatiche • Lesioni nervose • Meccaniche: annodamento cvc, guida ect. PNX

Scopia Intraoperatoria Tunnelizzazione s.c. emiclaveare-reg. parasternale Controllo Rx torace dopo 1-2h Pervietà sistema. Lavaggibisettimanali con Sol. Eparinata( 50U.I/ml)
