  2. 宿舍熱水器現況 男女生宿舍鍋爐創校至今已使用20年，常因機械老舊造成故障，導致同學無法使用熱水的情形發生，此一現象於去年更換油料供應商後更為明顯。

  3. 問題發現及解決 • 問題發現 • 99年11月25日至100年3月26日明月樓鍋爐損壞，無法正常供應熱水共計21次，部分同學至教學區研究生盥洗室洗澡後感冒，為此同學透過各種管道抗議鍋爐損壞造成生活不便，甚至有同學因而提出退宿申請。

  4. 問題發現及解決 • 問題解決 • 100年3月28日朱校長主持明月樓「鍋爐損壞改善協調會」，會議中決議為因應鍋爐損壞無法正常供應熱水，緊急採購瞬間式電熱水器6台。 • 100年10月24、25日明鏡樓鍋爐之熱水交換器故障，造成兩天無法供應熱水，25日總務長與學務處人員召開「緊急應變協調會」會中決議安裝瞬間式電熱水器6台及儘速協調廠商更換新鍋爐以解決明鏡樓無熱水使用之情形。

  5. 改善情形 • 明月樓 • 100年3月29日五樓西側沐浴間完成加裝6台瞬間式熱水器。 • 100年1月6日至11日提供一周薑湯給女同學飲用以避免感冒。 • 請宿舍管理員宣導於尖峰時間8點至10點請同學分段沐浴及節約用水。 • 明月樓鍋爐預定100年11月4、5、6日進行更換，實際於5日下午3點完工。

  6. 改善情形 • 明鏡樓 • 100年10月25日一樓西側緊急加裝5台瞬間式電熱水器，10月27日一樓東側完成1台瞬間式電熱水器，合計6台。 • 提供15間研究生盥洗室地點以分散洗澡人潮。 • 100年10月26日17時30分廠商完成安裝新鍋爐，18時20分測試完畢，鍋爐可正常使用。
