Chief Complaint:. My belly hurts". HPI. 46 y/o female with history of diverticulitis, colitis, MI presents to the ED on 01/08/2010 with diffuse abdominal pain for 12 hours duration, mostly in LLQ. Pain described as sharp and radiates to the back. Symptoms began while sitting. Pt reports pain 10/10.
