Dates et faits marquants • Circulaire interministérielle du 3 avril 2000 (circulaire DH/EO2/DGS/2000/182) - Renforcement de la tabacologie hospitalière et création des UCT • Addictologie de liaison : circulaire DHOS/02-DGS/SD6B 2000/460 du 8 septembre 2000 • Enveloppe budgétaire ciblée et plus de moyens pour le dévelopement de la tabacologie hospitalière

  4. Aide au sevrage : U.C.T. • 2001 : une U.C.T. avec 1 temps plein médical, 2 vacations médicales de consultation supplémentaires, 2 vacations psychologues, 2 vacations diététicienne, un mi-temps infirmière tabacologue, un 4/5 temps de secrétariat • 2005 : + 1TP infirmière + 1 TP médecin

  5. Principales actions 2000-2005 • Accréditation • Auto-audits annuels : progression • Lieux d’accueil du public (R.I.) • Faculté de Médecine sans tabac • Baromètre soignants (10 hôpitaux en France en 2002), 3 années consécutives • Opérations Ce mois-ci j’arrête avec RHST (~ 400 agents)

OBJECTIFS 2006 • Poursuivre la politique de réduction du tabagisme • Plan de formation sur l’abord du patient hospitalisé fumeur • Focus sevrage périopératoire et femmes enceintes • Protocoles dans tous les services, en particulier département anesthésie, cardiologie, urgences, psychiatrie • Amélioration de la lisibilité de l’engagement de l’Hôpital (S.A.S. d’entrée, entrées…) • Règlement intérieur

OBJECTIFS 2006 • Un Hôpital (lieu de travail, lieu d’accueil du public, lieu de vie) Sans Tabac n’est pas un hôpital sans fumeurs, mais un hôpital sans fumée de tabac à l’intérieur des bâtiments • Hôpital Sans Tabac rime avec RESPECT, avec QUALITÉ (soins, environnement), avec SANTÉ, avec SÉCURITÉ
