Depot Transformation Update: Week Two Progress in Basildon and Hadleigh

DESCRIPTION

We are excited to share the highlights from Week Two of our Depot Transformation towards a Better Journey for Life (BJFL) for our customers in Basildon and Hadleigh. This week, the local teams focused on process mapping, specifically the Maintenance process. Valuable insights were gathered during team meetings, and we are on track for an action planning workshop on January 31st. Additionally, the Service Delivery mapping session is scheduled for February 5th. Stay tuned for updates on the iPad draw happening mid-February!

Email Address: Basildon.info@firstgroup.com hadleigh.info@firstgroup.com Depot Transformation Update – Week Two We have now completed week two of depot transformation toward a Better Journey for Life (BJFL) for our customers in Basildon and Hadleigh and want to share what we have done so far. WEEK HIGHLIGHTS 1. Process mapping: The local teams have continued mapping the core processes . Following the work on Run Out and Run In, this week we looked at the Maintenance process at both Basildon and Hadleigh. Thanks again to all participants, some real gems were found! These process maps will be evaluated with the KPI mapping session and the combined 124 suggestions collected at Basildon and Hadleigh during the team meetings and individual chats in an action planning workshop scheduled for January 31st. The Service Delivery mapping session will be carried out on February 5th for both depots, and naturally be included in the action plan. The draw for the iPad will be done mid February and we are looking forward the annoucement! Thanks, Frankie and Jeremy Depot Transformation Team
