This project aims to establish a comprehensive endorsement process for ICAO aviation English language tests. It focuses on evaluating existing tests to ensure they align with effective language test construction and ICAO's established framework. Key activities include assessing the initial workgroup's developments, expanding participant representation from various regions, and piloting the endorsement process with selected tests. The project's overarching goal is to maintain high-quality testing standards while supporting global harmonization of language testing criteria.
