Analysis of Transcriptional Responses in MCF7 and BT474 Cell Lines Under Varying Treatments
This study examines the transcriptional changes in MCF7-AROM1 and BT474-AROM3 cell lines under different hormonal and pharmacological conditions, including E2 absence and treatment with RAD001, Letrozole, and 4-OHT. The data presents fold changes in transcription relative to control conditions, highlighting the effects of androgen-mediated signaling on estrogen receptor (ER) and estrogen response element (ERE) activity in these breast cancer models. Results are quantitatively assessed to elucidate the mechanisms of resistance and sensitivity to hormonal therapies.
