Case # 3. Dr. Laura Lamps A 36 year old Caucasian female presented in May of 2010 with nausea and vomiting. Lab work revealed an ALT of 1600, AST of 900, and alkaline phosphatase of 300. ANA was 1:1280; AMA was strongly positive as well. Ultrasound was normal. The patient was on multiple medications including amitriptyline and lisinopril. Viral serologies were negative. A liver biopsy was performed.
