Development of Five Regional Waste Disposal Sites in Montana, Bulgaria

This project focuses on the establishment of five regional waste disposal sites located in Montana, Ruse, Sevlievo, Silistra, and Sozopol, aimed at enhancing waste management in Bulgaria. With a total budget of €54,519,761, the project receives 75% funding through the CF Regulation 1164/94, while the national co-financing covers the remaining 25%. By the end of the project on December 31, 2010, significant progress has been made, including the submission and approval of detailed designs for the closure and recultivation of fourteen existing dumpsites.

Preparation of Detailed Designs, Technical specifications and BoQs for closure and recultivation of 14 existing dumpsites CLOSED CONTRACT • Commencement date: 17.8.2010 • Detailed designs for 14 dumpsites were submitted by the Consultant and were approved by beneficiaries • Final payment (60%) and Closure the contract
