Lawrence Hospital Center faced significant challenges due to a lengthy organizing drive and a financial crisis, leading to a job freeze and reduced community satisfaction. In 2007, recognizing the need for change, our Board, Medical Staff, and Administration prioritized a comprehensive strategy to reverse these negative trends. With renewed commitment and strategic initiatives, we focused on enhancing service quality, community engagement, and overall patient satisfaction.
