  2. Solution 1: Using File Explorer  Step 1. First of all, you have to disable Windows spotlight in Settings app. You just navigate to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen > Background > Windows spotlight and select Picture / Slideshow option.  Step 2. Next, you press Windows + E keys to open File Explorer. Select View then check Hidden items option.  Step 3. Now you go to following location: C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windo ws.ContentDeliveryManager_<Package ID>\LocalState\Assets  Step 4. Then you delete everything in the Assets folder and make the folder empty.  Step 5. Finally, you enable Windows spotlight feature by going Settings > Personalization > Lock screen > Background, select Windows spotlight.

  3. Solution 2: Run System Maintenance Troubleshooter in Windows 10  Step 1. At first, you open the troubleshooting packages by going to Control Panel > Troubleshooting, click View all.  Step 2. Now you find System Maintenance troubleshooter and click it.  Step 3. Then, you click on Advanced option then click Next and allow the troubleshooter identify problems  Step 4. If a troubleshooter require running as administrator, you just to click Try troubleshooting as an administrator option.  Step 5. Again the troubleshooter will detect issues and cross-check with the default settings of your computer. If there are any issues found, the troubleshooter will automatically try to resolve it.  Step 6. When troubleshooting has completed and detected issue has been fixed, you click View detailed information link at the bottom of this window to have complete information about troubleshooting operation.  Step 7. Therefore, you can easily explore on what settings troubleshooter made checks and what gets resolved. Now you click Next and close the troubleshooter.
