For a joint project of a new American Indian congregation in Wagoner by the M-S-W Association and Muskogee Association. 2. For a clear focus for a new cowboy church in Muskogee. 3. For the leadership to see a new church among the growing Asian population. 4. For clarity in how to make the best use of resources in this economic downturn. 5. For a partnership with a sister association in a non-traditional SBC area in 2010.

  2. 2010 Missionary Prayer Guide September 12, 2010 Today’s Specific Prayer Requests for Tim and Glenette: 1. For Scott Allen as he provides leadership to Grace Rescue Mission and the Baptist Mission Center. 2. For Jack and Phyllis Poe as they serve as police chaplains to the Oklahoma City police force. 3. For Keith Jordan as he works with the churches in spiritual and program development. 4. For the selection of a committee to evaluate and bring recommendations for realignment of associational ministries. 5. For good health and safety in travel.

For the churches in the association to make a serious effort to reach the people in the area and beyond with the Gospel. 2. For the eight new ethnic churches that the churches in the association committed in 2008 to begin over the next three years and that our churches will carry through with their commitments. 3. For the new church plants in 2010, which include a Native American church, a Hispanic church and a cowboy church. 4. For the association to fully staff four associational mission trips in 2010 to Brazil; Arkansas; Sturgis, North Dakota; and an international country not yet decided.

For at least two of the three missions in the association to constitute as fully-funded autonomous local New Testament churches. 2. For God to send needed pastors for both full-time and bivocational pastorless churches. 3. For God to place a burden on the hearts of pastors and church staff members to be more aggressive in evangelism and missions. 4. For God to give Marsha supernatural strength to care for her aging parents. 5. For their grandchildren to come to genuine faith in Christ early in their lives.
