CSA - Key Responsibilities • · Run mailing, copy or fax equipment· Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, and copy jobs· Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments· Handle time-sensitive material· Maintain copier equipment· Provide courier & messenger services· Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management· Balance workload; provide guidance and direction to team; serve as focal point for communication with customer and company personnel· Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives· Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs and measurements· Ensure the highest levels of customer care· Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures· Responsible for all aspects of equipment; make appropriate equipment recommendations· Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team· Support financial results by minimizing site waste and rework

CSA - Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required • Minimum of six months customer service related experience preferred • Minimum of six months related experience preferred • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills preferred • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy • Lifting up to 55 pounds with or without accommodation • Standing for long periods of time • Significant walking • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check

  13. Walgreens Store Positions Service Clerk As a Service Clerk, you provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to Walgreens customers. In addition, Service Clerks are responsible for: Entering sales on the cash register and customer service Merchandising, store inventory and product ordering Maintaining store signage and displays

  14. Store Positions One-Hour Photo Specialist Customers turn to Photo Specialists for accurate and complete film, camera and photo finishing service and information. In addition, Photo Specialists are responsible for: Operation of one-hour photo lab equipment Entering sales on the cash register and customer service Constructing and maintaining camera department displays Photo Specialists must be at least 18 years old.

  15. Store Positions Beauty Advisor Beauty Advisors provide customers with cosmetic service and information and are eligible to earn extra income incentives for selling designated merchandise. In addition, Beauty Advisors are responsible for: Maintaining your department's records, inventories and appearance Entering sales on the cash register and customer service Constructing and maintaining promotional, seasonal and sale merchandise displays

  16. Store Positions Pharmacy Technician As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to deliver quality patient care and excellent customer service. As allowed by law, your duties may include: Assisting pharmacists in filling prescriptions Using our Intercom Plus computer system to process prescriptions and assist patients Handling phone inquiries Entering patient purchases on pharmacy cash registers

Tips for Agencies • Developing an effective relationship with your local Walgreens Store Manager: • Contact your local store manager to schedule a time to discuss the area’s hiring needs and hiring process. Each of our Walgreens stores serve as an independent hiring center and each store manager is responsible for hiring his/her own staff. Be sure to detail the services your agency provides.
