Actionable Comments • Identified to a very specific screen and/or data element on a screen • Specific in terms of what is wrong • Specific in terms of what must be done to fix the problem • Identifies how significant the change is • Critical - The system cannot work without this fix • Important - The system works better or more efficiently with this fix • Nice to have - A different way of looking at the problem
