  3. Forms • Please get all form packets back to me as soon as possible.

  4. Passports • If you have not done so already, you MUST apply for your passport as soon as possible.

  5. Rooming • Adult participants are automatically assigned to twin accommodations. Participants age 19 and under are considered students and are automatically assigned to triples or quads, and therefore do not need to be included on this rooming list.  All student rooming will be assigned on tour. • Students (19 and under) who wish to room in twin accommodations will be charged an additional $30 per hotel night =210 • Adult participants who request a single room upgrade will be charged the single room supplement of $40 per night =280 • Family Rooms can be made up of 2 students and 1 adult or 1 student and 2 adults.  There cannot be 3 adults or 3 students assigned to a family room.

  6. Money/Tipping • Envelope For Tipping (Can be in American or European money) – 81.00 per person • Spending Money – • SEALED Emergency Money Envelope • Recommendation: Debit Card

  7. Phones/Wifi • Wifi will be available, but can be spotty • Skype, WhatsAPP free on Smartphones/tablets • Phones available through EF website – MOBAL Phones

  8. Bags/Wallets/Locks • Pick Pockets • Ladies – Recommend Crossover bag • Gentlemen – Passport Wallet • Travel Locks

  9. Venice • Take a guided tour of Venice  • St. Mark’s Square • Grand Canal • Visit the Doge's Palace

  12. Doge's Palace • Doge was ruler of Venice • Headquarters of the Venetian Republic (City State of over 1000 years) (Until Napoleon!!)
