Possibility for investing in the roduction of bottled water and fruit juices in BiH • There have been 33 producers of bottled water and fruit juices registered in BiH. • The BiH Market amounts to 235,000 tons of which import of goods amounts to 130.000 tons. The advantages of our products may be the following: • The production will be carried out at the most contemporary equipment, • Products of excellent physical and chemical characteristics will be produced. • The production process will be conducted in our plants by educated technologists and trained personnel in accordance with the EU standards. • Our brand products will be recognisable on the market. • Up-to-date designed wrapping material and labels.
The activities conducted so far regarding this project • Purchase of land - 12 000 m². • Geology project has been drafted. • The borehole with the capacity of 8,4 l/swas constructed, which amounts to 50, 000 tons of work per one shift. (Image no.1) • The Study on Classification and Categorization of Mineral Water Reserves of “Sarajevsko vrelo-Ilidža” at the site of “Tukovi” – Plandište was drafted and then approved. The well in BiH was registered by the Federation Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry and the procedure of the well registration by EU is still in progress. • Four analyses of water have been conducted by the Federation Institute for Public Health and one analysis was conducted by the German LaboratoryBerkefeld Celle, which confirm exelent quality of our water. • Feasibility study done. Future investments • Drafting of building plan and construction of factory of 3150m². • Purchase of equipment and trial operation. Key factors to be taken into consideration regarding the mentioned investment • Existence of market • Excellent quality of our water as primary raw material. Financial construction of project • Estimated value of the project is 9, 7 million Euros • Own funds of 2, 7 million Euros have been invested. • Investments by prospective partners to the amount of 2, 3 million Euros. • It is planned to take loan for the construction of building and equipment to the amount of 4, 7 million Euros.
Possible form of cooperation with prospective partner • We are seeking partner who is willing to invest 2,3 million Euros in this project, while our company, together with the prospective partner, would take a loan in the amount of 4,7 million Euros, whereby the required investment funds would be provided for the construction of the facilitates and purchase of equipment. • This idea is based on the fact that profit of 1 million Euros will be made on annual basis and the entire investment will be repaid in 7 years. • Own funds of 2, 7 million Euros have been invested.
