  3. How Do I Use Food Stamps? • Wisconsin Quest Card • Accepted at most grocery stores • Used just like a debit card • Can be used for: • Food • Plants • Seeds

  4. Are SSI Recipients eligible for Food Stamps? • Yes!!! • If they meet all other eligibility Requirements

  5. Am I Eligible if I live in a RCAC? • Disabled or elderly residents of certified RCACs might be eligible • You can apply on your own behalf • You can appoint a representative to apply for you

  6.
