Status Update & Reporting Procedures: • Entire Project Team will huddle daily at designated cubicle or conference room each morning at a designated time. • Entire Project Team will bring the latest copy of the Sprint Burndown sheet to the daily huddle. • Each sprint task owner must be prepared to answer the following questions: • Which sprint tasks did you complete on yesterday? • How many remaining hours are required for you to complete your active sprint tasks? • Do you have any roadblocks (if so, quickly describe, only…the huddle is not meant to solve the issues, just to communicate them). • Technology Manager hosts the daily huddle, asks each task owner the 3 questions above, and records the responses. • Technology Manager adjourns the meeting (meeting should run 10-20 mins). • Development Team returns to work stations and continue working the sprint tasks. • Technology Manager updates the Sprint Burndown sheet and analysis the teams ability to complete the remaining hours of work within the remaining days within the sprint (make adjustments as needed) • Technology Manager removes roadblocks. • Repeat these steps tomorrow.
