  5. Vagina • The upper portion from the mullerian ducts, the lower portion from the urogenital sinus. • pH – at birth : 5-7 - infant : 5-7 - before puberty : 7-8 - puberty : 6.9-7.2– adult women: 4.0 - 5.0- pregnancy : 3.8-4.4

  19. 체외 수정의 적응증 • 양측 난관의 기능이 모두 없거나,난관 복원 수술이 불가능하다고 판단될 때 • Tubal repair 후 18개월내 임신이 안될 때 • 3~6cycle의 배란 유도후 IUI로도 임신이 안될 때 • 경관의 점액 상태가 불량할 때 • 자궁내막증 치료 후 임신이 안되는 경우 • 불임의 원인이 밝혀지지 않은 경우 • 남성에게 활동성이 있는 정자가 있으나 그 수가 모자란 경우
