IFI Establishment Predatory meeting Tsukuba-2004 IFI-AC meeting Paris-2006 The first meeting of the Management Committee and Advisory Committee of the International Flood Initiative (IFI) was held on 26 January 2007 at WMO, Geneva. The draft plan of the IFI was officially adopted and ICHARM started to work as the secretariat of the IFI.
