  1. Room 307 Newsletter Mrs. Etrheim, January 6th– 10th January 6th seems like a long way away, but I know it will sneak up on us more quickly than we expect! Just so we’re all prepared, below are the next sets of spelling and vocabulary words, as well as what is planned for the week of the 6th. Please remember that students should continue to read throughout winter break. They should be reading whatever they are interested in – chapter books, non-fiction texts, newspapers, magazines, etc. – as long as they are reading on their level (not too hard, not too easy). They can also use Mathletics to keep their math skills sharp (and perhaps even improve them!) over the break. We will most likely have a math test toward the end of the week. We have just about finished up Topic 6 (it was a short topic – only four lessons), and so we will review in the days following the break and then have a test probably on Thursday or Friday. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at alissa.etrheim@eu.dodea.edu.
