Full Assessment: You can choose the Full Assessment pathway under the following conditions: Either you have a degree-level qualification that is business, management or leadership focused and 3 years of experience in a management role.

After that, you will be introduced to one of CMI’s independent Chartered Manager assessors. They will fix an online professional discussion with you to know more about your application, which will be an opportunity for you to bring your experiences and skills to life. After completing the professional discussion, the assessor will completely review both elements of your application and let you know about the outcome. It will cost you £650+VAT and an ongoing annual membership fee where applicable.
