16. How leaders can support the implementation of the levels • Include targets about Levels progress in Site Literacy Plan • Provide release for teachers to be trained in assigning Levels • Participate in such professional learning • Provide release for teachers to assign Levels and to participate in internal moderation • Use EDSAS Levels History Report to monitor student progress • Use EALD funding to provide intervention for EALD students based upon their level of need as indicated by their Levels
