Strategy & Competitive Advantage • Developed by snowboarders for snowboarders these headphones have a cool factor. • They have several sponsored riders • They have a very obnoxious product that really stands out and is hard to miss with there colors and design. • They have achieved recognition for quality sound at a good price and have managed to get into merchants such as Best Buy and local board shops.
