Multi Site Multi Organization Concept • Site wise concept for multiple sites implementation using a central server • Facility managers being able to view any location data quickly by selecting the location/Site on top • User privileges can be set defining the sites to be viewed and restricted to each every user and in each and every site.

Drawing & Document Management – Features • eFACiLiTY’s drawing and document management system is a digital files management tool to store, track and manage information of all the drawings, documents, manuals, software etc. associated with the facility / building systems and equipments. • The floor plans, equipment drawings, building plans, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, network diagrams etc. can be securely stored, maintained and managed via the system. The extensive search provision helps in identifying and retrieving the documents quickly.

Drawing & Document Management – Features • Facility / Equipment wise drawings and documents • Multiple drawings and documents for each entity • Secured access • Supports all type of files including DWG, BMP, JPG, PDF, DOC etc • Detailed search options for searching based on facility, equipment, level, manufacturer, type of file etc.

  6. Drawing Register • Files and Drawings are registered and maintained • Secured Drawing register links the drawing / files to the equipments • Equipment details can be removed / modified

Search Drawings • This feature facilitates the user to have a filtered list of drawings • Search parameters available to filter the required records • Equipment details can be removed / modified • It shows the details like drawing number, description, registered date, authorized by, revision number and file name.
