  2. Step 1: Log on to http://my.ummc.edu.my Step 2: Enter your SingleSignOn (SSO)* user ID and password. (*Obtain SSO from Jab TeknologiMaklumat)

  3. Step 3: Click e-Servis

  4. Step 4: Click icon ‘DokumenKualiti’

  5. Step 5:Click ‘JabatanFarmasi’ to access PK / AK Step 6: Click ‘DokumenSokongan’

  6. PK / AK JabatanFarmasi as displayed below

  7. DkumensokonganJabatanFarmasi

  8. Step 7: Click “POLISI PPUM” Then select “Medication Management and Use Policy (MMU)”

  9. MMU Policy as displayed below
