  2. Presidents Day • I am going to read an article about Presidents Day. • Who was the first president? • Who is our current • president?

  3. Comprehension • What are some ways the nation honors both presidents? What other ways is George Washington honored? • What are some ways that children celebrate Presidents Day? • How do adults honor these two presidents?

  5. Salsa Vocabulary conga: a tall, narrow drum with one head that is played by beating with the hands.
