Teenagers’ and TV A survey carried out in our school about the relationship between teenagers and TV has given the following results: • Favourite programmes: films, cartoons and news; • Hours watching TV: a couple (42%),3-4 (33%), 1 or less (18%); TV seems to be the soundtrack of their daily life; as a matter of fact most of them forget to turn TV off while doing something else : -frequently (20%) -sometimes (48%) Or they get asleep with TV on : -sometimes (42%); -frequently (18%);

Teenagers’ and TV Teenagers have a sensation of wellbeing while watching TV -sometimes (37%); -frequently (18%) And it keeps them company: -sometimes (61%); -frequently (15%) TV is their primary source of information (42%) even if they think that it ca be dangerous : -sometimes (59%) -frequently (26%). However they do not feel like watching too much TV (74%) and the 94% prefers going out with friends than watching a good program or movie.
