Jesus is the Son of God • The lesson of tribute for the temple Matthew 17:24-27 • Tax collector (notpublican)came to Peter • Peter’s house in Capernaum served as Mary & Martha’s house did in BethanyLuke 4:38-39 • The collector expected Peter to pay but asked, “Does your Master pay the tribute?” • Peter automatically said, “Yes.”
