  1. EDRN Biomarker Atlas Early Detection Research Network Lung Interface Overview

  2. Overview The EDRN Biomarker Atlas makes it easy for researchers to quickly obtain specimen images from multiple EDRN sites. Data from each site is searchable from a single, browser-based interface. While the Biomarker Atlas supports specimen data from multiple organs, this presentation focuses on the Lung interface.

  3. Graphical Search Users are presented with a graphical search interface. Searches return image data from multiple sites, based on the parameters specified.

  4. Dynamic Results List Search results dynamically populate the lung image. Each link indicates the number of matching images found for that region of the lung.

  5. Thumbnail View Clicking on a regional link displays a thumbnail list of the matching images, along with high-level information about each result.

  6. Details View Clicking on a thumbnail causes the image to be shown large, overlaid with detailed meta-data which gives context to the specimen.
