Rapid urban growth and motorization pose challenges such as congestion, air pollution, and fatalities. However, innovative practices in sustainable mobility, like Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and integrated public transport systems, present viable solutions. South-South cooperation fosters expertise exchange between regions, promoting sustainable strategies for improved transport services. Knowledge sharing through webinars, case studies, and training among cities globally can lead to enhanced urban transport systems that prioritize safety, health, and efficiency. Together, we can drive impactful change in urban mobility.
