PLEASE ADD A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH COMPLETE THE PLAYERS NAME STICK GREY STICKER ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE COMPLETE CLUB NAME & AGE GROUP NEW PLAYERS REQUIRE A FORM OF IDBirth Certificate, Medical Card, Photocopy okay Please avoid PASSPORTS during the summer as the players often require them for holidays.

  8. Present a TRANSFER FORM to the opposition manager. The players current club are entitled to 7 DAYS NOTICE to sign/approve this form if they so wish. If the club has any objection they must inform the League in writing within the 7 day period. If your club wishes to retrieve unpaid money, then you should do so via the Small Claims Court.

  9. A club is required to serve any other SUNDAY CLUB with 7 days notice (this does not apply if a Saturday club wish to approach your player). If you feel a club has breached this, then you must contact your COUNTY FA, this is not a matter for the CWYFL to deal with. If proved the COUNTY FA, will censor & warn the offenders, and place on record.

  11. MONDAY 25TH AUGUST 2014 REMEMBER YOU MUST HAVE 5 PLAYERS REGISTERED BY THE ABOVE DATE (Under 7 only.) Additional registrations/transfers can be completed before and during the season until 14TH MARCH 2015 none after this date Please note any registrations over 10 players is £5 per player and a transfer is £5 per player. MAXIMUM SQUAD SIZE IS 10 De-Register to Register new above 10

  12. Fixture Dates Season will start on Sunday 14th September The League Fixture Season will finish on Sunday April 26thapart from Cup games. No Fixtures 28th Dec or 04th Jan There will also be no fixtures on Easter Sunday April 05th

  13. 21-Day Requests You are allowed 2 per season. These should be used to cancel a FIXTURE DATE you can’t play on Fixtures will only be posted AFTER the 21-Day period has expired. DON’T WAIT until you see a fixture to submit a 21 day notice, as you will be out of time once the fixtures are on the website

  14. Please supply to your divisional secretary beforethe season starts. Kick Off time should be your STANDARD REGULAR time. If you wish to change your VENUE or KICK OFF TIME for any particular week you are required to give your Divisional Secretary 8DAYS notice. Please make your secretary aware of any Ground share arrangements you have in place so we can arrange the fixtures accordingly.

  15. CONFIRMING FIXTURES All fixtures should be confirmed by the HOME side to both the AWAY SIDE and the REFEREE before WEDNESDAY 9.30PM If the AWAY SIDE do not receive confirmation, please attempt to make contact with the HOME side and inform your divisional secretary.

  16. RESULTS Please report your results or postponements via FULL TIME system. This can be done by either team

  17. RESULTS – FULL TIME FULL TIME REGISTER MOBILE NUMBER WITH LEAGUE FIFTEEN MINUTES INTO GAME YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT ASKING FOR RESULT AT END OF GAME ENTER RESULT IN THIS FORMAT ONLY 0-0 OR 1-0 OR 1-2 OR P-P ETC All results in by 10pm Match Day

  18. MATCH REPORT FORMS Please post these to ARRIVE on/before the THURSDAY following the fixture. HOME side responsible for posting BOTH match sheets (home & away). Don’t use Large A4 envelopes, these cost 90p to post! (Insufficient postage is £1.40+£5.00 surcharge). Use 1st Class post wherever possible

  19. REFEREES All matters concerning Referees should be directed to Kevin Carroll the Referees Secretary E-mail Address : refereescwyfl@gmail.com Current Match Fees: 5-A-Side (£12)

  20. TOURS If you wish to take your team on tour, you must seek permission from the General League Secretary (Dave Arrowsmith), in writing before 31st December 2014.

  22. Finally...... There is a 1 YEAR AGE BAND in DIVISION HOWEVER PLAYERS CAN BE SIGNED ONCE THEY ATTAIN THE AGE OF 6. Each Divisional Secretary will give you there availability times as directed. ENJOY THE SEASON WE ARE HERE TO HELP IF POSSIBLE, TRY TO BRING US THE SOLUTION NOT JUST THE PROBLEM
