  2. Documentary Producer David Sorbello is the creator of Jimmy13, a short film which he entered into the 2019 Syracuse Film Festival. Working as the producer, director, videographer and editor of this documentary was hard work, but David Sorbello is prepared to go through it all again to ensure the film's full-length feature release.

  3. Educational Background David Sorbello was born, raised, and educated in Syracuse, New York. He has three degrees from Syracuse University: a BA in Liberal Arts and Anthropology, an MS in Education, and a PhD in Anthropology, Sociology, and Psychology of Sports. David Sorbello is interested in the ever-changing cultural contexts of sports and its impact on society.

  4. Passion for Sports Sports play a massive part in David Sorbello's life. He has been a USA hockey referee for over a decade and a lacrosse referee for around one year. Such is the importance of sport in David Sorbello's life that he gained a PhD focusing on Anthropology, Sociology, and Psychology of Sports.

  5. An Outdoorsman David Sorbello is an outdoorsman with a passion for the natural world. His time outdoors is often spent hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, canoeing, and rock climbing. David Sorbello also enjoys the more peaceful activities that the great outdoors provides such as gardening and nature photography.
