People of any organization will respect you when they’ll see quality output coming from you and a positive workplace for me is a place that gives me the liberty to do just that. At times, workplaces do not let do what you want and as a result, you feel worthless. That’s the most toxic moment for anyone working anywhere. My experience with Sapient Global Markets Bangalore is been quite smooth touchwood as I have always been able to deliver what I wanted to. My seniors and the management has been kind enough to show faith in me and for trusting my decisions. When the management trusts you, you are in the driving seat of the car and now it’s completely on you on how you drive it and how successfully you manage to take it to the destination. Most organisations never let you touch the keys of that car, forget sitting in the driving seat.
