Email Email is a very effective way of communicating it is effective in providing quick answers to yes and no answers for people who want quick feedback or it can distribute information quickly to many people because you can send one email to many people at once. You can also attach files to an email to send such as documents like letters, memo’s PowerPoint's and pictures. Wasim Akram

  3. Print management • Print management is used everywhere homes schools businesses. All pc’s are usually hooked up to one printer through a network. The disadvantage about this is it can be very slow or even freeze if every one prints at once. Wasim Akram

  4. File sharing • File sharing can be any kind of file e.g. audio video documents electronic books ect.. • You can store files on a peer to peer network which other people can then acsess open and use. Wasim Akram

Social networks • Social networking sites let you contact other people by using email, You can connect with people using different kinds of social networking sites such as Facebook, msn messenger, yahoo and many more, some of these social networks even let you use instant messaging if the other user is online.   6. FTP server • An FTP server is a computer that uses FTP to accept uploaded files from users. • File transfer protocol is a standard network protocol it is used to copy files from one host to another using the internet. An ftp is built on a client server which separates control and data. Wasim Akram
