    2. 2 Welcome - 2nd annual summit Broad work programme covering whole pathway - multi-agency input NHS Gloucestershire investment Carers – a priority Commitment made to primary care Aims: progress update present draft proposals for service redesign get your feedback Building on work from last year’s summit PCT has made a commitment to updating primary care annually via this accredited summit At a time of financial constraint, NHS Glos has prioritised dementia, and is making investment to support roll out of the strategy Work on service redesign has been based on feedback from last year’s summit, and this year, we seek to get your feedback on our proposals for dementia services in primary care. A consultation document outlining these proposals in included in your delegate pack. The workshop will provide a further opportunity to discuss.
