  7. Nixon was supposed to be downsizing the war, not making it bigger. Also, Cambodia was neutral and we were messing with that.

  21. LBJ He committed ground troops. He received the “blank check” from Congress – Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. He also was president during the TET Offensive and during My Lai.

  22. Nixon He was president at the end of the war. He introduced Vietnamization and ordered the secret bombing of Cambodia.
