  5. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 狀況： • 當您將Windows Server 2003 更新至SP2後，可能發生許多網路異常現象，例如： • 電腦無法加入網域 • 網路資源分享遺失 • DNS服務失效 • Outlook Profile建不起來 • OWA登入或使用有問題 • 原來可以使用的Outlook突然無法使用 • 機器發生當機 (Blue Screen)

  6. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 處理說明： • 主要原因為Windows Server 2003 SP2 採用Scalable Networking Pack 所提供之新技術： • TCP chimney 卸載 • 接收端縮放比例 (RSS) • 網路上直接記憶體存取 (NetDMA) • 上述相關新技術主要是搭配網路驅動程式介面規格NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification)5.2以後的版本使用。

  7. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 處理程序: • 更新網路卡驅動程式(支援NDIS 5.2以後版本) • 關閉網路卡接收端縮放比例(RSS) 功能(非必要) • 安裝KB948496 Hot fix • 確認登錄值內容： • 停用 RSS 功能 • 停用 TCPA 功能 • 關閉 TCP Chimney Offload 功能 • 重新啟動電腦

  8. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 更新網路卡驅動程式 • 更新網路卡驅動程式，支援NDIS 5.2版本以上之驅動程式，建議與硬體廠商確認。

  9. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 關閉網路卡接收端縮放比例(RSS) 功能(非必要) • 此功能也會降低網路存取功能及增加CPU負載，建議可以關閉此功能(以Broadcom NC5805C Giga網卡為例)

  10. 案例 1：Windows Server 2003 SP2網路異常問題 • 安裝 Hotfix 948496 • http://support.miscrosoft.com/kb/948496 • 停用 RSS 功能 • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\EnableRSS 設為 0. • 停用 TCPA 功能 • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\EnableTCPA 設為 0.  • 關閉 TCP Chimney Offload 功能 • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\EnableTCPChimney 設為 0.

  13. 案例 1：開啟管理主控台(EMC)會出現無法顯示所有工具錯誤畫面 • 狀況： • 當您安裝完Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Rollup 1 Hot fix後開啟EMC會出現如下之錯誤畫面

  14. 案例 1：開啟管理主控台(EMC)會出現無法顯示所有工具錯誤畫面 • 處理程序： • 影響版本 : 中文版 Exchange Server 2007 • 解決方法為調整下列 Registry Key 值 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\v8.0\AdminTools\Toolbox\PublicFolderManagementConsole\Name的值變成公用資料夾管理主控台，如此便會造成此一錯誤只需將其值改回“Public Folder Management Console”即可

  16. 案例 2：遠端備份(NTBACKUP)無法使用 • 狀況： • 當更新至Exchange Server 2007 SP1 以上版本，可能發現使用NTBACKUP 連線Remote Storage無法使用，錯誤訊息：0x3FC05C00。

  17. 案例 2：遠端備份(NTBACKUP)無法使用 • 處理說明： • Exchange Server 2007 RTM版本預設啟用低安全性之 Remote Streaming Backup 控制，在Exchange Server 2007 SP1 以後因安全性考量將此項功能關閉。若需再啟用此項功能，可以進行登錄值修正啟用。

  18. 案例 2：遠端備份(NTBACKUP)無法使用 • 處理程序：登錄值ParametersSystem修正 • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem 新增Dword值 • Name: Enable Remote Streaming Backup • Type: DWORD • Value: 0 = 關閉遠端備份功能，1 = 啟用遠端備份功能

  20. 案例 3：開啟管理主控台(EMC)發生無法連線DC之錯誤訊息 • 狀況： • 當嘗試開啟Exchange Server 2007 管理主控台時發生錯誤。錯誤訊息： No Exchange configuration container was found for the organization. Message: ‘無法使用 Active Directory 伺服器 DC1.domain.com。錯誤訊息: A local error occurred.

  21. 案例 3：開啟管理主控台(EMC)發生無法連線DC之錯誤訊息 • 處理程序： 使用 DCDIAG&NETDIAG 測試皆正常。 • 確認【控制台】中的儲存使用者名稱及密碼是否正確。 • 在【控制台】中打開儲存使用者名稱及密碼，將所有的記憶 Cache 移除即可。

  23. 案例 4：如何變更Exchange Server 2007 OWA 上傳附件大小限制值 • 狀況： • 在部份企業中，如何設定使用者需透過OWA上傳的附件大小，您該如何處理? • Exchange Server 2007RTM 預設值 =10MB • Exchange Server 2007 SP1 預設值 = 30MB

  24. 案例 4：如何變更Exchange Server 2007 OWA 上傳附件大小限制值 • 處理程序： • 至Client Access Server修改Web.config 文件 • 修改maxRequestLength=30000這個值，填入欲上傳附件大小數值(KB)： • 存放路徑為：\Exchange 安裝路徑\ClientAssess\owa\

  26. 案例 5：效能問題 - 資料庫快取大小 • 狀況： • 你可能會發現為何我的機器使用了16GB的RAM但還是被Exchange Server 2007 吃光？ 此項修改只會降低Exchange Server 2007的存取效能，而無法取得額外的好處!!

  27. 案例 5：效能問題 - 資料庫快取大小 64-bit Exchange 2007 • 處理說明： • ADSIEDIT修改msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax值，但必需要注意此項修改不應低於最低65536 (512MB)，msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax所輸入的值必需要能被8整除（８的倍數）,因為Exchange Server 2007的記憶體Page是以8KB為一單位。 • Increase in traffic • Increase in message sizes • Larger and more attachments • More unique clients per user • Growing use of calendaring • More granular security • rights • Larger number of users • per server Exchange 2003 Exchange 2000 Exchange 5.5 Exchange 4.0 32-bit

  28. 案例 5：效能問題 - 資料庫快取大小 • 處理程序： • 開啟ADSIEDIT.MSC • Configuration/Services/Microsoft Exchange/<Your Organization>/Administrative Groups/<Your Administrative Group>/Servers/<Server Name>/Information Store。 • 在 [資訊儲存庫] 上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後按一下 [內容]。 • 在 [屬性編輯器] 索引標籤上，按一下 [msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax]，然後按一下 [編輯]。 • 在 [整數屬性編輯器] 中，輸入資料庫快取的大小上限，然後按一下 [確定]。

  33. 案例 1：OWA 登入失敗但其他服務正常 • 狀況二： • 使用者連線 OWA 網址沒有出現登入畫面，IE狀態列卻顯示載入完成。 • 經確認為 logon.aspx 及 owaauth.dll 損毀所導致。

  36. 案例 2：如何變更CCR 多數節點組合節點路徑 • 狀況： • 當存放CCR多數節點組合(Majority Node Set)的機器故障，需要移轉CCR多數節點組合目錄(MNS Share Folder)的機器或磁碟路徑。

  37. 案例 2：如何變更CCR 多數節點組合節點路徑 • 處理方式： • 於新機器建立新分享目錄 • 設定目錄Share Permission及NTFS Permission 權限 • 檢視現有多數節點組合目錄狀況。 • 執行下列指令進行變更目錄： Cluster <ServerName> res “Majority Node Set” /priv MNSFileSahre=<New Path> • 確認多數節點組合目錄為新路徑 • 改變完成後需進行叢級移轉才會生效

  40. 案例 3：Exchange Server 2007 SCC 模式災難還原簡介- 仲裁磁碟災難還原 • 狀況： • 當Exchange Server 2007 SCC 模式仲裁磁碟(Quorum Disk) 因磁碟問題導致存取失敗，因而ExchangeMailbox Role 所有服務無法啟用，需要進行仲裁磁碟災難救援。

  41. 案例 3：Exchange Server 2007 SCC 模式災難還原簡介- 仲裁磁碟災難還原 • 處理方式： • 啟動叢級服務不啟用仲裁磁碟 • 利用系統備份資料還原仲裁磁碟資料 • 重新啟用叢級服務，確認資料還原 • 還原磁碟簽章，確認Exchange 服務可正常啟用

  45. 案例 1：Windows Server 2008 DC與Exchange Server 2007安裝同於一伺服器發生錯誤 • 處理說明： • 此狀況為網路卡IPv6停用所造成，預設Windows Server 2008會啟用IPv6,且其優先順序會蓋過IPv4，並且IPv6只能停用而不能移除。 • 處理程序： • 將網路卡IPv6啟用即可安裝。
