Maatregelen en Handelingen 2010 • Focus op preventie van verzorging/verpleging • Dagelijkse huid inspectie • Dagelijkse score van de lig/zit mobiliteit • Wekelijkse registratie van de lig/zit mobiliteit in Caretracker • Inzetten van lig/zitondersteuning wordt mbv beslisboom bepaald • Optimaal gebruik van het decubitus preventie

  11. Vervolg actie’s • 26 April prevalentie presentatie op de afdeling met Melvin Lieven. • Afstemming tussen Centrum Reuma & Revalidatie Rotterdam en Doove Medical over het vervolg beleid.
