Objective(s) • To promote the project EQF meets ECVET in all partner countries and throughout Europe • Raise awareness that vocational and educational programmes / staff development programmes are a real tool for empowerment • End goals: • sustainability of the project results, • underline the importance of the transfer of Support Tools (as good practice example), • Recognition/accreditation of the non-formal training/learning and ECVET

Target Groups • National and European level: • Educational institutions: VET centres/institutes, inclusive schools , .. • Counsellors for career planning, placement, recruitment, employment services • Employers : managers, line managers in companies and public authorities employing or seeking to employ PWDs; • National boards of NQF • People with disabilities, their families, carers and self advocacy groups • National policy makers operating in the employment, social and disability sector; authorities at regional/national and European level, European institutes and agencies • Academic experts • European Institutions and agency in VET, service providers and their staff, .. all other stakeholders

Dissemination Plan • Guide for all partners throughout life time project • Includes all dissemination activities • On going process • Strategy: • Draft paper • Questionnaire • Excel dissemination activity reports • Next steps: Exploitation of results -> National parts: national exploitation plans

Tools: web site • Web site in EN, DE, IT, LT and SI (M2) • WP leader: P4 and/or P0? • Content: • Project information and data for exchanging data between partners and stakeholder groups? • Public part/ member part ? • Regular updates • Feedback from all: structure, languages • All promotion material should be on the website • Other? • Logo? Partner info?

Tools: projectleaflet • Aim: general project dissemination • Content: general intro, aim, target group, outcome, results, partner info • WP leader: P4 – budget € 1.000,- (total diss.) • Paper & electronic flyer (websites, e-mailing) • 4 small pages, Copies: BG • All partner languages -> logo project -> copies to allocate and distribute. How many leaflets per partner/per language? -> deadlines info partner + logo’s: -> deadlines review: -> Final deadlines

Tools: National events Expert circles • 2 national expert circles in AT, DE, SI, IT, LT • Reps from training organisation, education policy and economy/corporate life National final events • AT, SI, IT, DE and LT • Presentation final products + CD Aim events: • Inform training institutions on new model and recognition • Inform political decision makers on possibilities to include into NQF systems. -> Lobby for implementation
