SWOT Analysis • Strengths: Monthly meetings were very well organized and attended. • Weaknesses: • Opportunities: Attract more students and professionals to attend the monthly meetings; recruit high-quality speakers; • Threats: Some members complained that the membership fee is getting very expensive. IEEE needs to address this issue. Otherwise, we may lose some volunteers in the future.

  5. Chapter Plans / Issues • We plan to host four technical meetings in the coming spring and four technical meetings in the fall of 2012.
