TELEMEDICINE PILOT PROGRAM IN ISSSTE • 1995 Connection among National Medical Center “20 de Noviembre” of Mexico City and Regional Hospital “Belisario Dominguez” in Tuxtla Gutierrez Chiapas. • Via Satellite SOLIDARIDAD II , using 384 kbps • with Videoconference, data and X rays • Time of test 4 months 3/17/2014
